Policies

We understand that life happens — however, because our specialists reserve time exclusively for you, we ask that all clients respect our booking policies.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

If you are unable to make your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice by calling (305) 505-5158 or updating your appointment through the automated text message you receive.


Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 25% fee of the scheduled service total, which will be charged to the card on file.


If your service is rescheduled within that 24-hour window, the 25% fee will still apply.

This policy ensures that our therapists are compensated for their reserved time slots.

No-Shows

Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 25% of the service.


Future bookings may require prepayment to secure your time.

Late Arrivals

We understand delays happen; however, clients arriving 15 minutes or more past their appointment time may not receive the full duration of their scheduled service.


If time permits, your service may still be performed in a shortened format to keep our schedule on track.
Please note, full service fees apply regardless of reduced treatment time.

Refunds & Payments

Service fees are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of skincare treatments and hygiene standards, no refunds are issued for completed services or opened products.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash and contactless payments.
